How it works
Step 1
Find your device
Search for the product you want to trade in and add to your basket before completing the checkout process.
Step 2
Box it up
Delete personal data from the device and remove any Find My or Google account blocks. Remove SIM cards and external storage cards (like Micro SDs). Secure the product in suitable, sturdy packaging along with the order summary and any accessories we've asked you to send.
Step 3
Send it in
Take to the Post Office where they'll scan the QR code emailed to you. Please send high-value items via recorded delivery.
Step 4
Get paid
Once we've received your device and completed verification checks, payment will reach your bank account within 3-5 working days. Terms apply.
